Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

 

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

  • South India: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS.

  • A tracking number with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

 

 

Delivery

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.

 

 

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Root Lifestyle is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

At present, we ship only within India.
